Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, and what rights you have. Please also read our Terms and Conditions.

1. Data controller

The controller responsible for processing your data is Robby Ralston SAC, with tax ID (RUC) 20517931293 and registered address in Lima, Peru. To exercise your rights or make inquiries, write to us at hola@k-p-o.io.

2. What data we collect

Payment: if you purchase a plan, payment is processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card or payment account details; we only keep a record of the transaction (date, amount, plan) to issue your receipt and keep our accounting.

3. The basis on which we process it

We process your data based on: your consent (which you give by accepting this policy), the performance of the service you request, and our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving kpo.

4. What we use it for

5. Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf to run kpo:

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We only share it with these providers to the extent necessary to operate the service, or when legally required by a competent authority.

6. Where it is processed

Some of these providers may process and store data outside your country, including the United States. By using kpo, you accept this international transfer, subject to the safeguards those providers offer.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active.

If you close your account or ask us to delete it, we keep your information for 30 days. That period exists so you can come back and find everything as you left it. After those 30 days, we delete your information completely and irreversibly: your account, your conversations, your files, and your plan. There is no going back after that point. Deletion also reaches our backups, which are overwritten in their normal rotation cycle, so they may take a few additional days to be fully purged.

After that deletion, only the anonymized learnings described in section 8 remain — which no longer identify you or make it possible to reconstruct your information — along with the minimal records the law requires us to keep (for example, payment receipts).

To request deletion of your account, write to us at hola@k-p-o.io.

8. What we do — and don't do — with your case

Your information is yours, and we use it for one thing only: to provide the service to you. Specifically:

We do learn from your case. We analyze what kinds of solutions we propose and which ones work best, to fine-tune the system and better help other entrepreneurs. That learning is stored in an anonymized and aggregated form: patterns and results detached from your identity, without your name, your company's name, or the text of your conversations or files. From that learning, it is not possible to reconstruct who you are or what you told us.

That is the line: your information does not leave your account; what we learn from it does improve the product for everyone. These anonymized learnings remain even if you delete your account, because they no longer constitute personal data.

9. Your rights

You may request to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict the processing of your data, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to us at hola@k-p-o.io. If you reside in a jurisdiction with specific regulations (for example, the European GDPR or Peru's Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733), you also have any additional rights that such regulations grant, including the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

10. Minors

kpo is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest through our providers. However, no platform is 100% infallible. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to minimize the risks.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. If the changes are substantial, we will ask you to accept it again when you log in.
